To file a claim for reimbursement, please contact April Travel Protection, by phone or email, with your Secure Ticket policy number (starting with "FGT"), which was emailed to you shortly after purchase.

If you do not have your FGT policy number handy, please forward your Front Gate Tickets order confirmation receipt to FrontGate@apriltravelprotection.com and include the reason for your cancellation in the email.
